Service Team Dinner 2007

one year once service team dinner! this the day im waiting for so long....... and here's the day!
this year abit special because it is organize by me.. and this is my first time organizing it.. so i actually have no experiences. lolx.
thank God, there's a very good leader - Alvis guiding me and help me through. so it seems to be easy organizing a dinner. hahha.
is actually all in a mess and in rush. due to lotsa church events going on like convention.. Christmas service.. Matthew and Friends.. by the way, im actually send out e mail to all department leaders at last minute and im not sure is everyone read it. by then i went to pangkor for some trip and just back yesterday. thank God for Gale that he willing to help out calling to make a reservations since he's actually not familiar with PJ. but he do still find out the number and all and call up. thanks! of course the most important - appreciation time! all the gifts reward prepared by Kar Bee. and i told her what to buy and how many to prepare at the eleven hour. appreciate what she prepared. sumthing new and creative.
prayer works prayer works! God is leading me all the way.. can see how things to be done and to be settled.
we somehow had our service team dinner at Vietnam Kitchen. at least sumthing new. and gladly 26 of 'em turned out! wow wow! i never expect that much;p
due to some 'technical' problem, we supposed to have some ice breaking and a very short drama acting to pull one another closer and to know each other better rather than just stick to their own friends. cause we thought the food may be serve kinda slow. who know they serve darn fast. plans failed. but sumthing wonderful, we actually divided them into groups and so they were all sitting in groups. so yea, they were all messed up and they get the opportunity to know one another better. that's great huh~
the food.............. not bad. maybe i just don't really like Vietnamese's style..
hahha. we actually had still drama acting at the end after everyone finish their food. what they hafta to do is to show love. i mean God's love.. not BGR nor BBR nor GGR. all of them seriously act. and can u imagine urself acting in a restaurant? for me i don't think i dare to.. but they did! gosh! i never imagine that man..
still love this part - appreciate moment!! yay!!
everything is a surprise. i didn't know i got this best initiative rewards. im like "huh? WHAT? me? kidding?". and i went out.. my team leader - Kar Lock said sumthing about me.. and by that time my tears almost drop.. no jokes man.. at the end.. im requested to give those tokens to our respective department leaders. registration:Chee Chuan ; communion:Pei Kuan ; usher:Kar Lock, Gale, Chek Ban ; and the higher rank usher leader: Alvis! i do speak some words to describe these few leaders. but when comes to Alvis i can hardly control my emotion of wanna to COL(cry our loud). lolx. not that seriously kia.. i have toO much to thanks him and describe how good he is.
by the way, time is running out and everyone start to pay me for meals. we ended bill for rm519. wow wow. but Alvis paid extra rm100. that's his final blessing to all of us in 2007. lolx.
erm.. just sumthing simply short. im not in the mood of blogging. im sick like a zombie.
but this is a very memorable dinner for me. at least i knew even more bros and sis in my service team;)

here's some words for my most appreciate leader - Alvis.
thanks for guiding me and leading me when the first step i stepped into usher team. u never gave up of me but keep encouraging me. u keep pushing me forward so that i able t grow up. u impressed me the most with all ur kind loving and sacrificing acts. u always cheer me up whenever u saw me and so i able to cheer others up. when im sick u never lemme goes for duty even there's not enough usher. u care! i'd been lost for a very period due to some health problem. u're so understanding and lemme rest for a long time till im healed. during that periods of struggles, u do always call me up concerning bout me, encourage me and pray for me. u gave me lotsa opportunities in serving the usher team. though i'd lost for such long period of serving but u still gave me this reward - best initiative. i don't think i deserve it. still thanks, anyway.. u gave me a memorable birthday celebration. i think im the blessed one among all ur ushers.. whenever i did wrong u say is okie.. nevermind.. thanks for ur forgiveness. i know im stubborn sumtimes.. but hahha.. u're just like my big bro u know.. thanks for ur faithful and sacrificial serving. thanks for all things that u'd done to me and i really appreciate u. i'll continue to serve faithfully.
